Prevention training in Frankfurt – proactively build strength before issues arise

Improve movement patterns

Prevention training focuses not on symptoms, but on the underlying patterns – poor posture, one-sided strain, and a lack of coordination. Taking action early offers greater flexibility.

Holistic approach

Strength, mobility, coordination, and posture are not trained in isolation, but as a unified whole. This makes the difference between a workout that is effective in everyday life and one that works only in the gym.

Individual or in a course format

Depending on your goals and daily routine, prevention training can take place as individual sessions or within a group course. We can help you determine which format makes the most sense for you.

Preventing issues before they arise

You want to address imbalances, poor posture, or overuse patterns early on – before they turn into complaints.
You don’t have any symptoms yet, but you notice that something isn’t quite right – tension, stiffness, or a pulling sensation. Together, we’ll identify the key areas where adjustments can be made.

Targeted improvement of posture, mobility, and stability

Don't just train haphazardly; focus clearly on what truly impacts your everyday life.
Whether it involves desk work, physical exertion, or sports, we develop a training program tailored to your starting point – focusing on the areas where it will have the greatest impact.

Finding the balance between courses and individual training

You know you want to do something – but you aren't sure exactly which format suits your goal and your daily routine.
We help you determine the right approach – whether individual training, a course format, or a prevention course under Section 20 of the Social Code Book V (SGB V) – depending on what your goals and situation require.

Areas where prevention training is particularly useful

Preventive training targets the root causes of many issues: a lack of physical activity, repetitive strain, and unfavorable patterns that become ingrained over years. It is not just about the physical body; body awareness, routines, and how one handles stress play a role as well.

The following key areas illustrate the specific focus of our work.

Common topics we help with

Posture & Muscular Imbalances

Poor posture rarely develops overnight. We identify the relevant patterns and work specifically to change them – before they cause discomfort.

Mobility & Flexibility

The spine, hips, rib cage, and shoulders require movement in all directions. Three-dimensional mobilization improves mobility and reduces stiffness in everyday life.

Strength & Stability

Joint protection is achieved through stable movement patterns – not through avoidance. We strengthen the core, leg alignment, and shoulder girdle in terms of both function and coordination.

Coordination & Balance

Secure movement control, proprioception, and responsiveness can be trained – factors that are particularly relevant for the prevention of falls and injuries.

Body Awareness & Self-Help

Understanding your body better allows you to take corrective action sooner. We teach the fundamentals of ergonomics and provide you with practical tools for everyday life.

Stress relief through movement & breathing

Controlled movement and conscious breathwork can help regulate physical tension – as an integral part of training, not an add-on.

How to get started with us

To ensure the training is focused on the right things from the very start, we follow a clear sequence – from the initial consultation to a routine suitable for everyday life.

Step 1 | Orientation & Target Vision

We determine what needs improvement – mobility, strength, posture, coordination, or a combination of these – and which format makes sense for that purpose.

We identify the key levers: where do the limitations lie, what are the root causes – and what yields the greatest impact?

Personalized exercise logic with clear instructions and a sensible progression – not a standard program, but tailored to your starting point.

You will receive a short routine that can be realistically integrated into your daily life. Prevention is only effective if it works outside of your appointments as well.
