Would you like to become a trainer yourself? With us, you can complete the training to become a certified Level 1 trainer in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®.
The Level 1 training proceeds in several progressive steps. The official designations are internationally prescribed and are therefore retained.

How is the teacher training program structured?
The training consists of several sequential steps: a basic course (pre-training), an advanced course (foundation), supervision (apprentice review), certification, and regular update courses.
Which courses are part of the teacher training program?
That depends on the path chosen – GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® teacher training. Both comprise Pre-Training, Foundation, Apprentice Review, and Update stages. In addition, there are advanced and specialized formats, such as the Leg Extension Unit or Jumping Stretching Board.
How much does the teacher training course cost?
