How do I request an appointment?

Private practice – how does billing work?
You can settle the costs via private health insurance, state aid (Beihilfe), or supplementary naturopathic insurance, or you can pay out of pocket. Please briefly indicate your insurance status in your inquiry.
What should I bring to the appointment?
If available: prescription, relevant test results, and comfortable clothing. As some people are sensitive to scents, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume.
Where can I find the practice – and where can I park?
Schillerstraße 30–40, 60313 Frankfurt. Parking is available in the Schillerpassage, MyZeil, Börse, and Goetheplatz parking garages. Public transport: Hauptwache or Eschenheimer Tor (U-Bahn).
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. In the event of late cancellations or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full session fee, as the appointment can no longer be allocated to another client.
