Our holistic approach
Our work focuses on the individual – with all their physical, functional, and personal needs. We never view complaints in isolation, but rather consider the interplay of posture, movement, and the stresses of daily life. Our goal is to identify root causes, release improper tension, and guide you toward a new, natural sense of movement.
In doing so, we combine proven techniques – such as manual therapy and physical therapy – with modern methods like Myoreflex Therapy and Matrix Rhythm Therapy, depending on what makes sense for you.
Your body deserves more than a diagnosis.
At the Lämmerhirt practice, we take a close look – what is limiting you, and what do you want to be able to do again?
Our therapists combine traditional treatment methods with movement techniques such as GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® to specifically improve musculature, posture, and mobility.
Why you’ve come to the right place

Our Services
We offer these physiotherapy services at our practice.
Your treatment process
Every treatment begins with a detailed consultation and a holistic assessment. We take the time to thoroughly understand your symptoms, movement patterns, and the physical demands of your daily life.
We then create your personal therapy plan – individually tailored to your goal, your fitness level, and the medical diagnosis.
Step 1 | Medical History & Analysis
We assess posture, movement sequences, and muscular strain. We identify the specific limitations you face in your daily life, your goals, and the relevant movement patterns.
Step 2 | Treatment & Activation
Depending on the findings, we combine manual treatment with active elements – so that you understand what we are doing and why.
Step 3 | Exercise Integration
You will receive exercises that fit your daily routine – for home, work, or sports.
Step 4 | Sustainability
We focus on what ensures long-term results: building stability, preventing complaints, and maintaining movement quality. Everything is ready to be incorporated. Ready for the next page?

What physiotherapy treatments do you offer?
Our services range from classical physiotherapy and manual therapy to modern techniques such as Myoreflex and Matrix Rhythm Therapy. We also incorporate GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® as key methodological components, alongside pelvic floor therapy, back exercises, and scoliosis training, to specifically support strength, posture, and mobility.
How long does a treatment take?
A session typically lasts 55 minutes. For combined treatments – such as with GYROTONIC® or Matrix Rhythm Therapy – the treatment duration can be individually adjusted.
Does the health insurance fund pay for physiotherapy?
With a medical prescription, private health insurance and civil service health benefits cover the costs – as does private supplementary insurance for naturopathic treatment (depending on the specific plan). Certified prevention courses are subsidized or covered by statutory health insurance (GKV). We also offer fair self-pay options for preventive or restorative training sessions.
When is physiotherapy beneficial?
Physiotherapy can be beneficial in cases of pain, restricted mobility, poor posture, or muscular weakness – as well as for prevention, to maintain mobility in the long term and improve physical resilience in everyday life.
What is GYROTONIC® and why is it being integrated?
GYROTONIC® is a movement system that combines stretching, breathing, and strength training through fluid movements. As a methodological component, it complements classical physiotherapy – particularly regarding coordination, mobility, and body awareness.
