Physical therapy
Physical therapy is physiotherapy that focuses on active exercises. The goal is to improve movement patterns, build stability, and train functional abilities for everyday life – step by step and with clear guidance.
Equipment-based physical therapy
Equipment-based physical therapy combines physical therapy with targeted equipment-based training. We primarily use GYROTONIC® equipment for this purpose – complemented by the Pilates Cadillac Reformer when appropriate for your goals. The equipment helps you perform movements in a controlled manner, improve coordination, and build progress in a measurable way – all within a physical therapy framework.
Typical goals
Gradually build strength, stability, mobility, coordination, and resilience – always with a clear structure and an approach that fits your daily routine.

How we use physical therapy & equipment-based physical therapy
We use physical therapy & equipment-based physical therapy when the focus is on active exercises – featuring a clear structure and a logical progression. We begin with a brief analysis: What is your goal? What is your starting point? Which movements are relevant to your daily life, profession, or sport?
Building on this, we develop an exercise plan tailored to your level – focusing on proper form, coordination, and controlled progression. This allows us to provide precise guidance on movement quality and foster structured progress.
Common topics we help with
Manual Therapy
Targeted techniques applied to joints and soft tissues – to improve mobility, joint function, and load-bearing capacity.
Shoulder Therapy
Analysis, manual treatment, and functional conditioning – for greater shoulder mobility, stability, and resilience.
Sports Physiotherapy
Targeted assessment of strength, coordination, and load tolerance – for a safe return to training and sport.
Matrix-Rhythm-Therapy
Device-based tissue treatment synchronized with cellular rhythms – to improve blood circulation, regeneration, and tissue quality.
Myoreflex Therapy
Targeted work on muscle attachments and tendons – to release deep-seated tension and restore muscular balance.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Individual analysis and treatment of the pelvic floor – functionally assessed, clearly explained, and featuring practical exercises for everyday life.
